11/22/2004: "May.31.2004 - I've Been Blessed"

mood: Very Happy

What on earth is this funny, small, brown, wrinkly thing?

I don't know what to make of this!
Human came home today with a... a... (I'm not sure).
It looks like a toy, but smells like a dog.
It bites, jumps, runs, falls over alot and barks.
I like it. I like it alot. I think I'll keep it.
Human calls her Meh-Meh.
Pronounced: may-may
Meh-Meh means: Little Sister in Chineese.
I call her Friend.

She is so cute and cuddly, but boy can she scream in that crate.... I had to leave the room.
She loves to play and reminded me what it was like to be young again. For some strange reason, the stairs don't bother me anymore. I'm running up and down the stairs like any other chow!

Puffy would be so proud of me. She was always patient and kind and loving no matter what I did to her. .. and I did so many awful things. I used to drag Puffy around the house by her head. She just laid there and let me do it. It's so easy for me to do the same thing with Meh-Meh. I let her try to drag me all over the place. She's so tiny. My huge head scares her sometimes, but she still tries to pull my hair.

We both snore when we sleep. Human calls it: Stereo Sensurround Snoring!

I really love her. I better show her how to be a good chow and protect her from all those evil strangers that walk by. (strange, she doesn't smell like a Chow Chow). I'm trying to teach her how to use the dog door, but she's so tiny, she can't push the door open. She starts screaming when I go through the door and she can't.
Boy can that thing yell!

I'm a good chow boy. I shared my supper with Meh-Meh. I let her eat with me out of my bowl. She wanted my bowl and not hers... I don't care. I love her. She's a great Friend.
