11/23/2004: "Scruffy or what?"

I'm looking for the number of Chow Rescue in our area.
Have you ever seen a chow chow this scruffy looking?
This chow looks neglected to me!
SOMEONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS SCRUFFINESS!



I really should report this to the authorities.
I can't go around looking like this at all.
My hair's a mess (at least I have hair now)... but this is no good I tell you... absolutely no good.
Someone please come and brush me!
