181 st Edition of the Montreal St. Patrick's Day Parade

I love Montreal! There's always something going on here in our fair town.
On Sunday it was the St. Patrick's Day Parade.
I was part of a float for Animatch, a rescue society here.
On Sunday marked my debut: I became an Irish Shar-Pei - My new name: O'Mei-Mei !.
It' worked! - people believed me! I was dressed like a big clover leaf!
We left Merlin The Chow at home. He doesn't do people very well.
There were so many lovely dogs on our float all dressed in lovely green costumes. There were big dogs, little dogs, blind dogs, adopted dogs.... all kinds of dogs. They came from all over and our float was the best in the parade. Well I think so anyways :)
I got to meet lots of really nice people, lot's of doggie friends, and the streets were lined with such a big audience, that once in a while I shook from all the noise!
It's still Winter here, but the weather was nice, the sun came out so it was a great way to be outdoors.
I'm already looking forward to my next St. Patty's Day parade, but this time I'll make sure to find my Magic Shar-pei-li !!
You can see more pictures in the: Animatch Scrapbook
You can read all about it in The Montreal Gazette too!
