We live in the province of Quebec in Canada. Quebec has become known as the worse perpetrator and host to puppy mills. Quebec has little or no laws in place to address the issue of puppy mills, or to address animal cruelty. We all have to band together to get these things changed!

I love dogs puppymills are evil dogs always help people they deserve to be treated like royalty especially Chows they look like royalyty. Go, Merlin!!!!

Thanks for what you are doing Merlin (and your humans of course) to try to stamp out puppy mills. No one has a true understanding of the magnificent Chow if they have this breed in a puppy mill. Your kind must have love, respect and proper socialization to be all you can be. Chows are just too smart anyway, and I know how royal you are. No royalty should be treated this way. So go on and conquer Mighty One, all the other chows salute you.

Seriously, I do think it's great to stamp out puppy mills. The less unwanted pets the better!
