06/15/2006: "Water World and Dawn-I-Poo!"
Shar-Pei are hoodlums, but they have toes made out of sugar.

Believe it or not, dear, dear Dawn-i-poo finally put in a cameo, and made it
over to visit us.
What a delight! What a treat! What a screwed up swimming pool we now have
?!?!?
For those of you who don't know who Dawn-i-poo is, well we met on a long
trek to Maine to rescue a bunch of dogs. We both volonteered that day and
ended up spending 22 hours in a truck together wish some very, very sick
rescues. We became the best of friends that fateful day!
Dear, dear, Dawn-i-poo started to feed me some story about how her pei-pei
don't like water, about how their little, tiny pei-toes are made out of
sugar and how they are totally allergic to getting wet.
Please check out ALL THESE attached pictures. I'll let all of YOU be the judge
here. Maybe you'll agree with me too, that she was only feeding me some
lame old story. I may be on a good dose of morphine right now, but those pei
sure look like they're in the water to me!
For those of you who are wondering where Merlin is, well, he wisely, and I
say wisely, decided to stay farrrr away from these marauding hoodlums!...
and I tell you, they ARE hoodlums these pei!
Just ask poor Cartouche, who's been hiding in the water since the pei-lings arrived here!
Along with her, she brought her pei-ling brood, cakes, cookies and all kinds
of wonderful goodies one brings to broken ankle patients who are seemingly
depressed.
Naturally, my spirits instantly lifted, I asked Dawn-i-poo to let the
pei-ling romp on the beach as they were soooooooooo full of piss and
vinegar. Merlin's never seen so many curly butts in his back yard all at
once. I grabbed my chowdren and hobbled along being Dawn. (No crutches
either!) (Decided to show off a little..)
Thank you for visiting us today Dawn - you really did cheer me up
and thanks too for all the nice , nice goodies. It's always such a pleasure
to see you.
One thing's for sure... our pool will never be the same. LOL
(April-May has a pool fetish), not only that, the way she kicks those back
legs, she should be a soccer player!
