No one, but no one, has to endure or tolerate hate mail, maliciousness, defaming remarks, or harassement from ANYONE on the internet for ANY reason. It doesn't matter what country you live in, or what country THEY live in.
When this happens you do have recourse.
This happened to us on the 22nd of January this year by someone from New York.

We were very happy today to receive confirmation from FRONTIERNET.NET in New York, that yes, they are in agreement with us about their client.
Please read the attached letter we received today from them.
Here's what we've all been waiting to hear:

To confirm the name of their client, a signed supeona is required, therefore this coming Monday, we will comply to their demand for full disclosure of this information.
Also, a new complaint will be filed with Frontiernet.net with respect to ALL the trolling messages that were posted in EGROUPS this week by a one denise every.

On February 17th/07 the owner of an e-group named: SharPei-Health-Education, was sent a letter by us asking her/him to remove the defaming message, posted by a one denise every on the E GROUP; SharPei-Health-Education and another E-Group named ChineseSharpeiList. The Moderator of ChineseSharpeiList removed the post immediately.

To date this group owner of SharPei-Health-Education has not replied to us, nor comply with our Yahoo Customer Care took care of the problem for us.
Thank you Yahoo. We 'hear', the offensive post has been removed.

We understand that there might be a few trailing posts in some other Egroups.
Rest assured, we will hunt them down and find them.
If YOU are the moderator of an E-GROUP that is carrying this defamatory, pathetic message from denise every, you had better remove from your site, because I can guarantee you that YOU will be included in our quest for retribution, and we WILL be seeking retribution.
Do not kid yourself.
